1. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery takes between 5–12 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.


2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is available for all orders of R699.00 and above. For orders below that amount, a standard shipping fee of R99.00 applies.


3. How can I track my order?

4. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. To start a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and item details.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

7. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, Thread Ritual ships within South Africa only. International delivery may be added in the future as we continue to grow.
